Once the order received,
The order status changes to “Order received”
( You can’t cancel the order from this stage )

 

 

When Shipping begins,

The order status changes to “On Delivery”

You can track your delivery in this stage

When you receive your order 

and confirm that

there’s nothing wrong with the item,

Please click “Confirm Order” button 

 

 

Then the order is completed,

Also the status changed to “Completed”
